The works were carried out between February 2021 and June 2022 in the 15-hectare SUP2 Pozanco Sector urbanization in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), providing it with roads and services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Sector is crossed by the Arroyo del Espino, whose banks, after approval by the Tajo Hydrographic Confederation, were cleaned of solid waste and dry trees, eliminating all the factory works of the old warehouses and concrete plants that existed. . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These works have been carried out in close collaboration with the CHT and the Environment Department of the Colmenar Viejo City Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a final action, the sides of the Arroyo have been equipped with a road with gravel finishes, a granite breakwater to protect the slopes and a wooden breakwater for protection, also providing an arched wooden bridge with a span of 26 ml, which connects the East Zone of the Urbanization with the West Zone which is where the Games area is located.<\/p>\n\n\n
