Work consisted of the urbanisation of land in sector U.E.-39 \u201cEl Guijar I\u201d of the municipal district of Arganda del Rey (Madrid). This involved the provision of all infrastructure and services, including earth-moving, site clearance, road-building, sewerage system and connection to utilities such as water, gas, street lighting and electricity. Also included were connection to the telephone network, garden lay-out and street furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unique aspect of this work was the requirement to build two over-passes in order to create a roundabout above the number 9 Metro line. The work involved the construction of two reinforced walls of earth on either side of the Metro line on which were placed the four over-pass supports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
