{"id":293,"date":"2012-10-20T12:44:37","date_gmt":"2012-10-20T10:44:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tienda40.es\/construccionesrico\/?page_id=293"},"modified":"2024-08-23T00:51:40","modified_gmt":"2024-08-22T22:51:40","slug":"urbdev-la-perlita-en-arganda-del-rey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.construccionesrico.com\/en\/civil-works\/urbdev-la-perlita-en-arganda-del-rey\/","title":{"rendered":"Urban development project \u201cLa Perlita\u201d in Arganda del Rey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work consisted of the urbanisation of land in Sector U.E.-108 \u201cLa Perlita\u201d of the municipal district of Arganda del Rey (Madrid) in order to install the services and infrastructure needed to support the construction of residential homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those aspects of the Project dealing with drainage and sanitation were particularly complex, involving the placement of a staggered waste collection system with a diameter ranging from 1,200 mm to 1,000 mm with a maximum depth of 12 metres. It was necessary to carry out several preliminary excavations to arrive at a depth of 9 metres from which level it was possible to establish a trench to complete the work.
