This is a car park for 223 vehicles with access from the LAFINCA Grand Caf\u00e9 luxury shopping centre. Its 6,000 m2 surface area was built with a reticular slab designed to support a 2,600 m2 lake with a sinuous design on its upper part. The triple waterproofing was carried out with asphalt sheeting, gunite walls and Schluter Kerdi polyethylene waterproofing sheeting and a double layer of single-component mortar protection. It has an infinity overflow channel around its entire perimeter. The covering was made of aged grey phyllite stone, floating on the ground to allow the passage of the facilities. Inside the lake, different landscaped islands, fountains and automated discharge nozzles with different settings were arranged, as well as LED light sets around the entire perimeter, as well as submerged projectors. From the 2 premium restaurants, there is access to the 4 Krion-made pontoons, which allow customers to enjoy their gastronomic experience submerged beneath the water level.<\/p>\n\n\n
