The work involved the construction of an underground car park between the Avda. del Brasil, calle Paracuellos and calle del Cura, in the municipal district of Torrej\u00f3n de Ardoz. The building has three underground floors with a total of 845 parking spaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total built area extends over 21,572.49 m2 and the roof space has been designed as a leisure zone for public use with a children\u00b4s play area, maintenance zone, sports area, walkways and landscaped areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project included earth moving and structural works, building works, painting, tiling, the placement of false roofs, waterproofing, access control, signage, specialised ventilation equipment for the detection of carbon monoxide, fire alarms, interior lighting, plumbing and sanitation systems, telecommunications links and the installation of lifts etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
