The project involved the construction of a car park below the road surface of Avda. Doctor Fleming in the municipality of Coslada with a surface area of 3,291 m2 and a built area of 8,394 m2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building consists of three underground floors with a total of 405 parking spaces. The structure is built of precast concrete hollow honeycomb blocks. One zone in the roof space is designed for public recreation whilst the other is open to traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Execution of the project involved earth moving works, structural works (retaining walls and precast hollow blocks), building works, painting, tiling and false roof placement, waterproofing, access control, signage, specialist ventilation equipment, fire alarm system, interior lighting, plumbing and sanitation systems, telecommunications network and the installation of lifts etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
