Description:

The programme of work involved the construction of a building for social and community usage spanning three floors (basement, ground and first floors) with a structure of pillars and unidirectional beams and a slate gabled roof. The project featured structural works in cement, building works, plastering and rendering, paving, flooring and tiling as well as carpentry work in both wood and metal, low tension electrical installations, ventilation, plumbing and sanitation systems, painting, fire-fighting systems, lifting gear etc.
