Description:

The project featured the construction of a sports complex in the area of El Grillero, in Arganda del Rey, on a land area extending to approximately 26.007 m2. The sports centre has two football pitches of artificial grass, each measuring 100×60 m. This enables the area to be divided into four playing areas of 60×40 m for football practice.
Between the two football pitches, a dedicated service building has been built with changing rooms and stands for spectators. This project included earth moving and excavation works, sanitation and electricity supply systems, rendering, paving and flooring as well as plumbing and sanitary installations, central heating and air conditioning, lighting, fire-fighting equipment, irrigation and landscaping.
