Description:
The project involved the construction of four underground car parks in the streets of Cuenca, Abogados de Atocha, Dolores Ibárruri and Gabriel García Márquez in the municipality of Rivas Vaciamadrid:

Located below the roadway of Avda. Doctor Fleming, the site occupies an area of 3.291 m2 with a total built area of 8.394 m2. Each building has three floors below ground level and the roof structure of each is used by passing traffic.
The Project included earth moving and structural works (retaining wall of piles 500 mm in diameter and a structure of flat concrete slabs with a depth of 30 and 50 cm). Also included were building works, painting, tiling and false roof placement, waterproofing, access control, signage, specialist ventilation equipment to detect carbon monoxide, fire alarm system, interior lighting, plumbing and sanitation systems, telecommunications network and the installation of lifts etc.
