Description:

The work involved the construction of an underground car park below the surface of the Plaza de la Habana between the Avda. del Brasil, calle Paracuellos and calle del Cura, in the municipal district of Torrejón de Ardoz. The building extends over a surface area of 4,623.91 m2 and has a built area of 13,871.73 m2. It consists of three floors below ground with a total of 531 parking spaces. The roof structure is of a reticular design and the roof space is designated as a children´s play area. Execution of the Project included earth moving works, structural works (retaining wall, waffle slab) and building works, painting, tiling works, placement of false roofs, waterproofing, access control, signage, specialist ventilation equipment for carbon monoxide detection, fire alarm system, interior lighting, plumbing and sanitation systems, telecommunications network and the installation of lifts etc.
