Description:
The programme of works consisted in the urbanisation of sector 107, a site measuring approximately 50 hectares, in the area known as “Valdelarcipreste” in Arganda del Rey (Madrid). This involved the provision of all infrastructure and public services needed for the building of individual and collective housing units. Key elements of this project to highlight owing to either the volume of work or its complexity include:

- Land clearance: 2.895.327.66 m3
- Landfill: 2.312.800.47 m3
- Green zones: 2.300.00 m2 of walling with blocks held in place via geogrid stabilising mesh
