The programme of work consisted of the urbanisation of land in the S.A.U.-12 sector of the municipal district of Meco (Madrid) with a remit to install all services and infrastructure, (including earth-moving, road building, sewage and sanitation system and connection to utilities such as water, gas, street lighting and electricity. Also included were connection to telephone and telecommunications networks, garden lay-out and irrigation and street furniture.
