Rico Constructions S.A. undertook the execution of the urbanization works in the UZ3.7-01 “Casablanca” sector in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
These urbanization works include actions such as the construction of the extension road of Avenida de la Carrera, from the roundabout at the intersection with Av. De Casablanca to the roundabout at the intersection with Paseo de la Finca, conditioning of Vía Pecuaria (livestock route), construction of the part of the Edgar Neville Street road, and the execution of a new crossing of the Arroyo Retamares down the M-502 highway.
The fundamental works for the execution include earthworks, lighting, telephone network, energy, supply and gas, covering the entire infrastructure and service network along with paving, agglomerate and paving works. Road marking, installation of all urban furniture ending with gardening, planting and tree work.
