The works consisted of the urbanization of the land included in the S.A.U.-12 of the municipality of Meco (Madrid) to provide it with all urban services and infrastructure, and including in its execution works of earthworks, paving of roads, network of sanitation and drinking water supply, gas network, public lighting and electricity (civil works only), telephone and telecommunications network, gardening, irrigation network and street furniture.
