The work consisted of the construction of an underground parking area next to the FFCC station in Colmenar Viejo.
The parking area has a capacity of 1.850 parking spaces which are distributed over three floors and represent a total space of 48.000 m2. The roof structure offers a space of 16.000 m2 with a play area, floor space, gardens etc.
