This project involved the construction of an underground car park below the surface of Avda. del Brasil, in the municipality of Torrejón de Ardoz, with a surface area of 5,724.51 m2.
The building extends over three underground floors with a total of 636 parking spaces. The roof deck is a flat surface suitable for the transit of heavy traffic.
The project included earth moving and structural works, building works, painting, tiling, the placement of false roofs, waterproofing, access control, signage, specialised ventilation equipment for the detection of carbon monoxide, fire alarms, interior lighting, plumbing and sanitation systems, telecommunications links and the installation of lifts etc.
