Description:

The programme of works consisted of the urbanisation of 1.433.150 m2 of land in the SUNP area (the term relates to land where residential building is allowed, but no planning or provision has been made) which comprises Sector 1 of “La Estación”. This involved the provision of services and infrastructure to support the building of homes and related facilities. The work included excavation by means of controlled blasting in addition to the establishment of sewerage and sanitation systems and other utilities such as water, street lighting, electricity and connection the gas network. Work also included the installation of telecommunications, road building, signage and the addition of town and garden furniture.
