The works consisted of the complete construction of a building intended for the Town Hall and commercial area, with a structure and floors made of solid slabs with reinforced concrete. A ventilated façade with a cellular concrete block enclosure, clad on the outside with granite and composite on a metal structure and on the inside with an air chamber and self-supporting cladding. A sloping roof made of reinforced concrete slab, sprayed polyurethane and ceramic tiles on battens. In addition to the masonry work, plastering, flooring, tiling, interior partitions made of cellular concrete block, brickwork, glass screens, self-supporting multiple partitions, suspended and continuous acoustic ceilings, wood carpentry, locksmithing and glass, the electrical installations are included, lighting with LED lighting, underfloor heating (Geothermal), ventilation, sanitation, plumbing, lifts, telecommunications, etc.
