On May 10, 2017, the UTE Construcciones Rico – Construcciones Rubau was awarded the contract for the Construction of a Residential Building on Plot RC-110-9 of the 6th Housing Plan in the Municipality of Rivas Vaciamadrid (Madrid) promoted by the EMV of Rivas Vaciamadrid for an amount of €22,022,683.77.
The construction works of the residential building on plot RC-110-9 of the 6th housing plan in the municipality of Rivas Vaciamadrid were completed in June 2019.
