Construcciones Rico S.A. undertook various renovation works for Distribuidora Audiovisual de Cine CINESA in its various complexes located throughout the country, such as: Bonaire Shopping Centre (Valencia), 7 Palmas Shopping and Leisure Complex (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), Artea Shopping Centre, Leioa (Vizcaya), As Cancels Shopping Centre, Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña), Diagonal Leisure Shopping Centre (Barcelona), Nassica Shopping Centre, Getafe (Madrid), Leron City Shopping and Leisure Centre, Las Rozas (Madrid), Urbil Shopping Centre, Usurbil (Guipúzcoa), Salera Shopping Centre, Castellón de la Plana (Castellón), etc. The works include the sectorisation of the film complex, replacement of carpets in theatres, replacement of flooring, remodelling of the ventilation system, renovation of emergency exits, supply and installation of roof duct supports, etc.
More recently, during 2019, rehabilitation work has been carried out in the cinemas of the La Moraleja, Loranca and Xanadú complexes, all of them in the Community of Madrid. Specifically, 19 rooms, toilets, lobbies and other various works have been rehabilitated.
